  Process for requesting 6D when selling:

- contact management co (Plotkin) 413-781-8000
- unit must have a zero balance upon closing (no outstanding      balance or credits on account)
- 10 day turn around time when all necessary paperwork           received & key fob returned or replaced (additional fees for     rush processing)
- key fob must be dropped off in clubhouse mailbox
- inform Secretary by email (or through website) when key fob   dropped off
- seller will be notified within 24-48 hours to receive 6D for   closing (additional fees for rush processing)
- new unit deeded owner must notify management when unit   closes confirming their information
- new unit deeded owner contacts Secretary (or through   website) to obtain key fob/parking sticker/common fee   instructions
